I’m an Orange County-based artist and art instructor with 30-plus years of experience teaching fine art. I hail from the beautiful city of Tbilisi, the Republic of Georgia, where I earned my MFA from Tbilisi State Academy of Art. Since then, I’ve held numerous art exhibitions in over 10 countries; my work is displayed in various museums across the world. Throughout my artistic career, I’ve always felt a stirring purpose to teach. For 16 years, I taught drawing, painting and anatomy at the Academy of Art in Cairo, Egypt, and helped a generation of students find their creative expression. 

Now, I teach art classes and workshops in Tustin, California, offering everyone — from teens to adults, from beginners to seasoned professionals — an opportunity to foster independent exploration. Because ultimately, that’s what art does. It offers a different way of seeing the world, of finding meaning, of sitting down with feelings, and through all of that, a way of discovering your own self. That’s what I’m here to help you do.
